Trips book fast (especially weekends) so it is never too early to make your reservations. The earlier you book the more likely we will be able to accommodate you on your desired date. Groups are especially urged to book as early as possible, and yes our tours are commissionable!

Cancellation Policy
Since we often are fully booked, we require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. Should you cancel a month before your trip your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made within a month of the trip if we can rebook the trip we will allow you to reschedule your tour. Similarly if we have to cancel due to lack of snow, etc. your deposit will be refunded in full, or we will do our best to rebook the trip..... your choice! People often inquire about what happens in the case of bad roads/heavy snow? Our policy is if the roads are open we expect you to be there. If the roads are officially closed or the police are recommending people stay at home, than we will refund deposits or try and rebook, otherwise we expect people to honour their bookings. The balance is due at the beginning of the tour.
