Please print this form, fill it out and send it to the address below, along with your registration fee of $25 for skjoring, $35 for a 4 dog team, $45 for 6 dog team, and $55 for 8 dog team. Cheques should be made out to Haliburton Highlands Dogsled Derby. Bib draw will take place Friday night, January 25th, 2008 (must be in attendance to draw).

Maximum of 50 teams per race.

A Veterinarian Dr. Laurie Brown will be on hand for the entire race.
