From Hwy #118 (west side of Haliburton) turn east on County Road #14 (also called Haliburton Lake Road) and follow for 20 km to Fort Irwin (passing through the flashing light at Eagle Lake). At the first stop sign turn right onto County Road #19 (also called Harburn Road) and follow for 0.7 km up the hill. Take your first left onto Hodgson Road and follow Hodgson Road for 4 km (you will go past a sign that says private road – that is fine, keep going) at the intersection with Burlywood Drive veer right to stay on Hodgson Road. Go through the yellow gate and you will see the Winterdance sign & trailhead on your left hand side 0.2 km from the fork and gate. You have arrived!
