Winterdance isn't a typical winter job.
You’ll become part of a small, hardworking team caring for an extraordinary family of Siberian huskies and creating adventures our guests remember for years.
Some days are spectacular. Some are hard. Quite often they’re both.
We’re looking for people who work hard, look after each other, take pride in what they do, love dogs and people, and somehow manage to keep laughing when the snow is flying sideways.
Many of our guides return for multiple winters, so we generally have only one or two openings for new guides each season.
